Thunder Creek Falls

Thunder Creek Falls is a spectacular 96-metre waterfall plunging from a hanging valley into the Haast River, located in Mount Aspiring National Park. The short, easy walk to the viewpoint makes it a must-stop along the Haast Pass Highway, offering a powerful display of water and mist amid lush native rainforest.
