Most visitors spend 2–3 days in Motueka to fully experience Abel Tasman National Park. Dedicate one full day to a kayak or boat trip into the park, another to exploring the town's food scene and nearby beaches, and a half-day for a walk to the Riwaka Resurgence or a visit to a local vineyard. If you're short on time, a single overnight lets you catch a water taxi for a half-day walk along the coast.
