The Blue Pools Track is a short, family-friendly walk in Mount Aspiring National Park that delivers astonishingly clear, turquoise waters. The easy 1.5 km return trail leads through beech forest and over swingbridges to pools so pure you can see trout gliding over the river stones far below. It’s a classic stop on the drive between Wanaka and the West Coast.
